Garlic Mashed Potatoes
This is a classic mashed potatoes, with the savory taste of garlic. Feel free to adjust the garlic to taste. I prefer to use Music Garlic in this recipe.

- 3 Pounds Idaho Potatoes Peeled
- 4 Cloves Garlic Peeled
- 3/4 Cup Warm Milk
- 6 Tablespoons Softened Butter
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Cut the potatoes into uniform two-inch cubes and place in a sauce pan with the garlic.
Cover with water, bring to a boil.
Lower heat to medium and cook until potatoes are tender - about 20 minutes.
Drain potatoes & garlic.
Stir in warm milk & butter and mash potatoes and garlic together.
Season to taste.
