Pehoski Purple

  • Hot when eaten Raw
  • Cooks to a mild flavor
  • Bred in Stevens Point, Wis by a Polish community
  • Medium/long storing garlic
  • 5-7 large cloves per bulb, 42-60 cloves per pound
  • Sold in 1 pound increments

Spanish Roja

  • Hardneck Rocambole Garlic
  • Gourmet Best Seller!
  • Superb classic rich flavor.
  • Each bulb has about 8-12 cloves that are similar in size.
  • Outer wrapper varies in color, from cream to deep purple stripes.
  • Cloves are large with a brownish red color and are easy to peel.
  • Great for roasting or grilling.
  • Grows well in Northern climates.

German Red

  • Spicy Garlic with slight oniony flavor
  • Has a strong heat like a hot pepper
  • Vigorous grower that does well in colder climates
  • Grown on our farm for over 5 years, does well in Wisconsin/Midwest
  • 8-10 good size cloves per bulb
  • 2″ and larger diameter bulbs for seed stock

Siberian

  • Hot, spicy & full flavored
  • Grows milder in storage
  • Much larger bulbs with fewer large cloves
  • 4-6 large cloves per bulb
  • Sold in 1 pound increments

  • An aromatic, slightly spicy, incredibly flavorful garlic
